New iOS 12 Feature: How to Add Weather Widget to Lock Screen



there's a new feature in iOS 12 that allows you to customize your do-not-disturb settings and add a weather widget to your lockscreen I'm Jessica from tuck boomers comm and in this video we'll I'll be showing you how to get the weather widget on your iPhone lockscreen now let's get started to begin open your settings scroll down and tap do not disturb tap the switch at the top to enable do not disturb mode when the switch turns from white to green Do Not Disturb is enabled now tap the switch labeled scheduled and the switch labeled bedtime then tap the from two section to set the time you want do not disturb to be on the weather will appear on your lock screen at the to time once that time hits the weather for your location will be displayed on your lock screen once you unlock your device the weather will disappear since the weather widget can only be used in bedtime mode with do not disturb you unfortunately cannot set up the lock screen weather widget to be on your lock screen all the time hopefully Apple will add this functionality in the future that's all it takes to add the weather widget to your iPhone lock screen thanks for watching if you found this video helpful we'd love it if you'd hit the thumbs up button below check out Tec boomers comm for over 100 free courses on all of today's most popular websites and apps
