How to connect your Sennheiser bluetooth headphone (to any Smartphone)

how to connect your Sennheiser bluetooth headphone connecting Bluetooth is the same for all Sennheiser headphones the MM 400 450 500 and 550 but first please make sure it’s charged when you unpack your headphone it’s only pre charged a little maybe 25% so please charge at least for three hours before you get started to connect with Bluetooth easily go for smart phone first now where to find bluetooth on your smart phone will vary but often it’s under settings turn it on it will start scanning on its own but we’re not there yet take your headphone we took the 550 and then it’s just the press of a button it’s the center one with the Sennheiser logo on it you hold until it starts to blink from red to blue so just wait a few seconds if you don’t hold long enough it will be turned on but it won’t seek to connect to another Bluetooth device so watch for the light to start blinking from red to blue this means it’s waiting for your smart phone to connect now don’t hurry it will wait and blink for long enough take your mobile and do a scan there it is select depending on the volume level of the headphone you can hear it makes a beeping sound when connecting is done they’re connected done thank you for watching

  1. Hi Des Norman,

Niko here with Sennheiser. I`ve never tried this so honestly – I can`t say for sure!
…Only that it should – because bluetooth is a very standardised connection and it works like a charme with a smartphone (microphone too)

PS: If you could post a video on THAT – THAT would be AWESOME!!! 😉

    Greetings from Germany
