The Bose SoundTouch app gives you control over all your SoundTouch speakers, and quick access to popular music services, Internet radio and your music library. In this video, we’ll give you a brief overview of the features within the app. First, let’s take a look at the main menu. Here, you can access popular music services in your country, choose songs from your personal music library, or listen to thousands of internet radio stations from around the world. If you choose Tune In, you’ll also have access to thousands of free on-demand podcasts and shows, as well as live sports and news streams. The more you use SoundTouch, the more it will be intelligently personalized just for you. That’s why we added the “Just for You” section at the top of your menu bar. Recently Played shows you what you’ve previously listened to, and allows you to access them quickly with just a tap. Your Greatest Hits are a collection of the music you listen to most frequently. Trending on Bose allows you to discover popular content among other SoundTouch users in your country. Another great SoundTouch feature is the ability to save your favorite music to 6 presets. Just tap and hold the song, album, playlist, or station you want to play, then drag and drop it to any preset number. You can set and access your presets at any time by tapping this grid icon, or if available, simply press a button on the remote or the speaker itself. With the SoundTouch app, you can easily control all of the speakers throughout your home. Just tap the speaker tray. Swipe left or right to choose a speaker, and control what’s playing. Play rock in one room, and jazz in another. Or stream the same music to multiple speakers. To do so, you’ll need to create a group. Scroll down and tap the names of other SoundTouch systems you want in your group. Tapping the speaker name again removes that speaker from the group. While using these multiple speaker setups, you can adjust the volume of the speakers individually, or all at once with the group volume bar. For extra convenience, you can even adjust the volume with your mobile device’s hardware buttons. And finally, if you want to rock the entire house by playing the same music on every speaker, simply tap “Play All”. For additional information on any of the features in this video, visit our website.
